Why this was raised
Rev-C charge termination reduces backup capacity to about 11 hours against a rated 40. Affected units are to be swapped on a scheduled visit, not left in service.
Corrective action on NCR-26-0039: Rev D corrects the charge termination in hardware. Firmware 7.4.2 adds a capacity self-test and reports it to SmartCare. Recall RC-26-0002 raised against the affected build window.
